INDIVIDUAL COACHING: Coaching provides structure, perspective and tools which maximize my clients’ ability to achieve professional growth and tackle difficult situations. Whether clients want to increase leadership and management abilities, improve business development or “people skills,” become more organized and efficient, develop more confidence and resilience, or resolve emotionally charged conflicts, coaching provides a forum for reflection, reorientation and success.
Coaching is also invaluable for clients who are considering a job or career change by providing a forum for clarifying goals and values, assessing strengths and passions, gathering information and brainstorming alternatives. Coaching can support clients through the difficult process of leaving their current employment, finding a new situation and weathering the transition.
The coaching process includes identifying the client’s desired changes, understanding the obstacles that stand in their way (both internal and external), and finding creative options for moving forward. Using skillful listening, decades of experience in my own professional career and a portfolio of tools and resources, I assist clients to gain insight and create new possibilities.
ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTING AND FACILITATION: I consult with organizations, including law firms, businesses, agencies and non-profits, regarding strategic planning, team-building and managing change. I assist organizational clients to plan and facilitate meetings and retreats to address these topics. I utilize innovative group coaching models to enhance collaboration and experiential learning
