ABOUT AMY
I am an executive and leadership coach, trained at the Hudson Institute of Coaching where I obtained a Master Coach certification. I am also accredited as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation. My strong track record of helping individual professionals, leaders and organizations to achieve their goals is reflected on my testimonials page.
Using my three decades of experience in building and managing a law firm, and advising corporations, governments and non-profits, I assist organizations with strategic planning, team-building and managing change. Having served on non-profit boards and public taskforces, I have first-hand experience with the issues they face.
As a trusted advisor to diverse organizations, I have witnessed the attributes of high-functioning workplaces as well as the challenges of leadership. I work with clients to develop effective strategies for inspiring excellence and promoting constructive communication.
As a working mother and spouse, I have dealt with the challenges of finding work-life balance. I have also navigated a significant mid-life career transition, and understand the courage and commitment required to become more self-aware, explore new possibilities and embrace a new direction.
